When you send your child to any extra-curricular club you want to know they’re safe. At Scouts, we take all the neccesary steps to ensure your child can have a fantastic experience in the safest way possible.

To ensure your child’s safety, all of our Scout Leaders on the Isle of Man must:

• Be DBS checked (police checked)
• Undergo mandatory training and safeguarding courses
• Undergo first response training through a recognised body in case of a medical emergencey
• Carry out Risk Assesments for activities
